Siri Howard recently completed her Master's Degree in music at Queens College's Aaron Copland School of Music in the voice studio of Sherry Overholt.  Ms. Howard's career spans many musical genres, from Baroque to jazz.  Recent performances include "Susanna" in Le Nozze di Figaro, "Carole Cutrere" in the NY premiere of Bruce Saylor's opera Orpheus Descending (with accolades in the New York Times), soprano soloist in Mozart's Requiem at The Tilles Center with Maestro Anton Armstrong, "Dido" in Dido and Aeneas, "Marie" in a concert of three excerpts from Wozzeck, soprano soloist in: Bernstein's Songfest, Handel's Messiah, 3 Duke Ellington vocaleses in a tribute to Jimmy Heath's 80th Birthday, and Edward Smaldone's Letters From Home.  Other performances include: soloist in the Summer Jazz Festival at The Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, University of Illinois Urbana with Jon Faddis and Maestro Maurice Peress; soloist with the Goliard Chamber Group, and the 25th anniversary production of A Little Night Music with The Philadelphia Orchestra and Maestro Paul Gemignani.  Siri has appeared on Broadway, National Tours, and sings in The Howard Sisters, a concert trio with her two sisters.
